Scheduling is customised to your cohort or institution, available on weekdays or weekly holidays, and delivered virtually, in person, or both, depending on what suits your school best.

Both. Individual enrolment is open to any interested participant across most programmes, while institutional enrolment lets a school book a programme for its own staff, up to two schools and a set headcount per cohort.

A few programmes – Academic Quality Audits, Institutional Transformation, Change Theories, and the whole-school programmes – are built specifically for institutions, since they work best with a school’s own leadership team in the room together, building a plan for that school alone.

The Certificate is designed to deliver complete, usable outcomes on its own – but two paths continue from there. Programmes can extend into a forty-five-hour Diploma, priced proportionately and detailed session by session on each programme’s own page.

Alternatively, flexible continuation coaching is available directly with Gopal Dutta and his Team, billed per session, booked as needed with no fixed commitment – because research shows this follow-up is what makes new practice genuinely last, long after the workshop itself has quietly ended.
