GEMS EduShift is the coaching and training initiative of GEE Educational Management Services (GEMS), founded by Gopal Dutta to close a gap felt in schools across India and Nepal: committed educators given real responsibility, without the structured training their roles demand. Operating from Kolkata, India and Nepal, GEMS EduShift delivers Certificate and Diploma coaching across eight interconnected programmes — leadership, teaching, quality assurance, and institutional change — built from real classroom experience and grounded in the subcontinent’s own education data, not imported theory borrowed from elsewhere.
